Making new cherry look like old, naturally-aged cherry isn't easy. Or is it? Here's a finishing method that does the trick. It's virtually foolproof, uses off-the-shelf products and gives new cherry a rich, reddish-brown color. Ohyeah, this method can also make cherry's light-colored sapwood virtually disappear.
